Saturday, February 16th Notes
The 2019 Canada Winter Games will have a big effect on the NEPSCAC girls' hockey playoffs this year, which, it's fair to say, is the price schools pay for having elite Canadian players. The two teams that we know will be affected the most are St. Paul’s, which will lose starting goalie Madison Beck and one of its top scorers in Tiffany Hill (both on Team Nova Scotia), as well as Tabor

Saturday, February 9th Notes
-- The talk of girls’ prep hockey right now is Berwick, which has lost only once in its last 14 games, putting the Bulldogs right back in the middle of the D-II playoff race. The three Foster triplets -- Brittany, Sydney and Tiffany -- seem to be involved in the majority of Berwick goals this season.

Pyne Goal with 10 Seconds Left Lifts Nobles
Cambridge, Mass. -- In one of the best games that we have seen all season, Nobles sophomore forward Katie Pyne scored a power play goal off a long rebound with 10 seconds remaining in regulation to give the Bulldogs a much-needed 2-1 win over a very impressive BB&N team tonight. The power play was the result of a questionable penalty called on BB&N junior Molly Griffin with just under two minutes left. The refs had been letting a lot go for both teams late in the game, and we hate to see a game of this magnitude settled on a power play in the final minutes.
