It’s Getting To Be That Time
The prep school season is coming up shortly and within the next 48 hours we will be opening the USHR Prep Page for the 2012-13 season to participating teams (for schedule, roster, and game result submissions).

In the meantime, we want to pass along the schedules for the Cushing Showcase on Sat. Nov. 17 and the Yale Showcase on Sun. Nov. 17th and 18th.

Cushing Showcase
Sat. Nov. 17; Ashburnham, Mass.

9:00 am – NMH vs. Northwood

Yale Showcase

Also, from Fri. Nov. 16 through Sun. Nov. 18th, all ten teams in the Midwest Prep Hockey League will be taking part in the league showcase, hosted by Rice Memorial, in Burlington, Vermont.

The participating schools are: Shady Side Academy, Rice Memorial, Lake Forest Academy, St. Andrew’s College, Stanstead College, Gilmour Academy, St. Francis High School, The Edge School, Ridley College, and Loyola Academy.

In additon, the Nichols School (Buffalo, NY) will be hosting a mini showcase on Wed. Nov. 14th. Here's the schedule:

Div. I Championship Game:
Nobles 2, Lawrence Academy 0

Mary Parker and Natasha Rachlin each had a goal for Nobles. Mary Parker was named Div. I Tournament MVP.

Div. II Championship Game:
Proctor 5, Middlesex 4 (OT)

Michelle Holmes had three goals for Proctor -- including the game-winner in OT -- and was named Div. II Tournament MVP. Brea Davis and Nikki Gorman also had goals for Proctor.
