Kent 3 @ Taft 1 - Marco De Filippo, who committed to Brown yesterday, stopped 25 of 26 shots to lead #1-ranked Kent to a 3-1 win at Taft.
Deerfield 2 @ Westminster 1 - Goaltender Connor Riley stopped 42 of 43 shots to lead the Big Green past #6-ranked Westminster. Deerfield now has a four-game unbeaten streak (3-0-1). They also have pulled themselves up to the .500 mark (8-8-1).
Delbarton 6 @ Pomfret 3 - In a game played at Wesleyan University, Delbarton (14-0-0) rolled on with a 6-3 win over Pomfret. Kenny Agostino, back after playing a pair of games over the weekend with the U.S. Under-18 Team (while Delbarton was idle) had a hat trick and added an assist.
@ Kimball Union 1, Exeter 0 -- In a goaltender's battle, Martin Ouullette (30/30) bested Max Fenkell (29/30). Gabriel Veilleux scored the game's only goal, from Dennis Kravchenko, at 11:39 of the second. Exeter has now lost three in a row and seven of their last eight.
Gunnery 2 @ Salisbury 2 - A Kyle Hughes goal midway through the third lifted host Salisbury to a 2-2 tie with #2-ranked Gunnery, who are unbeaten in their last eight games.
@ Northfield-Mt. Hermon 6, Cushing 5 - #8-ranked Cushing held a 5-2 lead going into the third period but NMH exploded for four straight to nab the win. Nick Gordon (2g,2a) led the Hoggers' attack. Mike Conderman (2g,3a) and Conor Sheary (1g,4a) figured in all five of the Penguins goals. NMH now has six wins in their last seven games - and Cushing's winning streak was halted at five.
Noble & Greenough 4 @ St. Sebastian's 3 - With the help of a pair of goals from Kevin Hayes and a 31-save effort from Gene Lane, #4-ranked Nobles extended their winning streak to 11 games.
@ Belmont Hill 4, South Kent 1 - Brendan Fadden (2g,1a) and Brandon McNally (1g,2a) helped #5-ranked Belmont Hill extend their unbeaten streak to 11 games (10-0-1).
Dexter 5 @ St. George's 4 (OT) - A Mike Lopez goal at 1:43 of overtime - his second of the game - helped Dexter extend their record to 15-0-0.
@ Choate 7, Trinity-Pawling 1 -- Ben Foster (2g,1a), Joe Rausch (1g,2a), Dan Schuler (1g,2a), and Philippe Hudon (1g,1a) led the attack for the #3-ranked Wild Boars.
Berkshire 6 @ Hotchkiss 1 - Kevin Sullivan (2g,3a), Kyle Lockwood (2g,2a), and Jake Goldberg (4a) led the offense and Mitch Gillam kicked out 28 of 29 shots as the Bears topped the Bearcats.
@ Lawrence 5, Governor's 3 - Lawrence got goals from five different scorers and sent visiting Governor's to their fourth straight loss. Brian Ward had a couple goals for the Governors.
Avon Old Farms 9 @ Loomis-Chaffee 3 -- #10-ranked Avon extended their unbeaten streak to six games. Mike Pereira (2g,2a) and KJ Tiefenwerth (1g,3a) each had four points. Greg Gozzo had a hat trick. And defenseman Kyle Quick had three assists.
@ Kents Hill 5, NYA 3 - Tim Sullivan (3g,2a) figured in all five Kents Hill goals.
@ St. Paul's 3, Thayer 1 - Derick Roy stopped 27 of 28 to help St. Paul's move to the .500 mark (8-8-0).
Berwick 4 @ Proctor 2 - Berwick won for the eighth time in their last nine games. Nick Michaud (2g,1a) and Kevin Airoldi (2g,1a) each had three points and Alex Devine kicked out 36 of the 38 to pick up the win.
Winchendon 4 @ Andover 1 - John Palmieri stopped 14 of the 15 shots he faced. Phil Arnone (1g,1a) had a couple points.
Holderness 6 @ Brewster Academy 6 - A Ridge Garbutt powerplay goal with 1:32 left in regulation lifted host Brewster to a 6-6 tie. Garbutt (3g,2a) had five points on the day. Brian Hart (2g,2a) and Spencer Montgomery (1g,2a) also had big days for Brewster. Derek Pimentel (3g,1a) and Eric Rochefort (3a) led the Holderness attack.
@ Tilton 3, New Hampton 1 - William Flachsbinder (24/25) led the Rams.
Brooks 7 @ Worcester Academy 6 (OT) - Host Worcester had a 4-2 lead early in the third but Brook scored five of the next seven - the last a Nick Galanos powerplay goal in OT - to knock off the Hilltoppers. It was Galanos' second goal of the game. Nick Potter (1g,4a) had a five-point game for Brooks.
@ Christian Brothers 3, Seton Hall Prep 0 - CBA goaltender Zachery Dietrich posted an 18-save shutout in Gordon Conference action.
@ Brunswick 5, Hoosac 1 - Gryphon Richardson stopped 26 of the 27 shots he faced to earn the win.
@ Williston-Northampton 3, Millbrook 1 - Kevin Kelly had two goals and Bobby Bowden kicked out 29 of 30 shots to lead Williston.
Hebron 10, Vermont Academy 2 -- Vladyslav Gavrik (4g,3a) had a seven-point day for Hebron.
Catholic Memorial 9, St. John's Prep 3 - In Catholic Conference action, TJ O'Brien, Chris Stathopoulos, and Derek Colucci each had two goals to lead CM (whose only two losses this season have come to St. Seb's and Delbarton).
Pingree 6 @ Portsmouth Abbey 2 - Kyle Lange had a hat trick and Conor Clement had a pair of goals to lead the Pingree offense. In net, Scott Caradonna earned the win, stopping 26 of 28 shots.
